4 Financial Transactions

Deposits

The following payment methods are supported for deposits on bae99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be completed:

Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives you a ৳5,000 bonus (the maximum limit), bringing your total balance to ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit plus bonus combined. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per user.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of bonuses.
• bae99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion.
• Separate terms apply to the cashback benefits of the VIP programme.

6 Gaming Rules

All games operated on the bae99 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The games are developed by various internationally recognised technology providers.

Finality of Results

Game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology. Once a game is completed, its result is considered final. If a game does not complete due to a technical error, the bet may be refunded.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Applicable rules must be followed when placing bets. bae99 reserves the right to void bets in disputed matches or under unusual circumstances.

Technical Issues

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bae99 platform. If such activity is proven, the account may be closed and legal action may be taken:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonus offers.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
